This Privacy Policy describes how 220 Tech LLC (“220 Tech,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website at the220tech.com and our consumer apps, including Pins and Pins Pets (the “Services”).
220 Tech LLC is the publisher of these consumer apps. This policy is for 220 Tech products only.
Summary
- Protocol and pet-care records stay on your device by default and are encrypted locally.
- We do not sell personal data.
- No ads and no advertising SDKs in the apps.
- Optional account sign-in uses an authentication provider and may collect your email.
Information stored on your device
Depending on which app you use, the Services may store logs, inventory, schedules, pet profiles, export preferences, and optional device-lock settings on your device. That data is encrypted locally (AES-256-GCM). We cannot read it from our servers because it is not uploaded by default.
Account information
If you create an account, we store your email through our authentication provider (currently Supabase) so you can sign in. During onboarding we may ask for age range and gender for anonymous, aggregate product statistics only. We do not sell this information.
If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google processes your sign-in under Google’s policies, and we receive the account identifiers needed to authenticate you.
Website
Our marketing site (Home, Apps, and this Privacy page) is hosted for 220 Tech LLC. It is informational and does not require an account. We do not run advertising trackers on the site as part of the Services described here. Standard web server or host logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.
What we do not collect by default
- No advertising identifiers for ads
- No analytics SDKs in the apps
- No sale of personal data
- Health, protocol, or pet-care records are not sent to us unless you later enable an explicit cloud backup or sync feature that we clearly describe in-product
Third parties
We use service providers to operate the Services. Sign-in may use Supabase and, if you choose Google, Google sign-in. Hosting for the website and app front ends may use providers such as Vercel or GitHub Pages. Those providers process limited technical or account data under their own policies, only as needed to provide their services to us.
Your choices
- Sign out of any optional account at any time.
- Delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
- Email us to request deletion of your account data that we hold for authentication.
- Optional device passphrase lock never leaves the device.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
