Support
Need help with one of our apps? This page covers the most common questions about Pins and Pins Pets, and how to reach us if you still need a hand.
Our apps
- Pins — for your personal care notes. Write down what you take and when, keep a clear injection and protocol history on your phone, and export a list anytime for yourself or your doctor. Your records stay encrypted on your device.
- Pins Pets — for dogs and cats. A personal pet care organization tool to track medicines and treatments for your pets in one place, stay on schedule, and print or share a clean list with your veterinarian.
Pins and Pins Pets are personal organization and record-keeping tools. They are not medical or veterinary devices and do not provide medical or veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified clinician or veterinarian for health decisions.
Accounts and your data
- No account required. You can use the apps in guest mode without creating an account.
- Your records stay on your device. Protocol and pet-care records are stored on your device and encrypted locally (AES-256-GCM). They are not uploaded to us by default, so we cannot see or recover them for you.
- Back up your records. Use the export feature in the app to save a copy of your records anytime.
- Optional sign-in. If you choose to create an account, we store your email through our authentication provider so you can sign in.
Delete your account
If you are signed in, you can permanently delete your account from inside the app: open Settings > Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account. To remove records stored on your device, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.
